I am a native French teacher, multi-certified by the Alliance Française and a registered professional training provider. I find great meaning in supporting my students with their life projects, whether it is obtaining a diploma for a visa, preparing for a trip abroad, or simply becoming more comfortable communicating with family, friends, and colleagues.

As a member of the Amis du château de Pau, I enjoy sharing my passion for French history, culture, and heritage through our lessons.

📌 A few rules to ensure a smooth learning experience :

✅ Personal work is essential. Too many students rely solely on the teacher and remain passive. You don’t need to study intensively, but consistently : 5 to 15 minutes per day is enough to make progress.
✅ To create an effective and enjoyable learning environment, please show respect, discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance.
✅ Please check my schedule carefully. My timetable can be busy, and some slots fill up quickly.
✅ In case of cancellation or changes, please follow the platform rules. Late cancellations directly impact my activity.
✅ Finally, if the learning conditions are not met, I reserve the right to end our lessons. My goal is not to waste time, energy, or resources, but to provide serious and effective support.

Bonjour, my name is Marion, I am 35 and I am French.

Being a native French speaker and fluent in English, passionate about languages and having been down the path of learning a new language myself, I understand the struggles that a new language learner might have and I know how to be successful, whatever level you decide you want to achieve. 

All the lessons are ONLINE, through Zoom (or Skype). I use various contents such as workbooks, audio documents, and videos and I am trying to keep up to date with the constant flow of new learning material to give you the best experience. I aim to make learning French as fun as possible while matching your needs and reaching your goals. After each lesson, I would send you an email with a recap of what had been covered (+ materials), what you can do at home to practise - only if you want - and what we would cover in the next lesson so you know exactly where you are at.

My background: After obtaining my Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences, I studied for 5 years to become an osteopath in France. In 2016 I left my home country to spend one year working and travelling in New Zealand. I spent another two years in Australia and in 2019 I decided to move to the UK.

Bonjour ! I'm Laura, a native French teacher from Paris.

I’m passionate about languages, travel, and culture. Before becoming a teacher, I spent 5 years working for the Paris Tourist Office, which gave me a deep understanding of my city and its many hidden gems. I also love cooking — especially traditional French recipes — and I enjoy bringing elements of French gastronomy, culture, and daily life into my lessons.

Over the years, I’ve taught learners from all over the world with various goals: studying in France, moving abroad, or simply learning for pleasure. I’ve also helped students prepare for French exams like the DELF, TCF, and TEF Canada, with a special focus on oral expression.

For the first part of my higher education, I went to preparatory school in literature. It allowed me to get in-depth knowledge in French language, literature and history. Then I studied in an international context in which I got a Business and Entrepreneurship Bachelor and Marketing and Brand Management Master. Therefore, I am perfectly at ease to teach and offer adapted content depending on my students.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, I will gladly support you in learning French!

Together, we’ll define your learning goals and adapt each lesson to your level, interests, and pace. I use a variety of resources — articles, videos, songs, podcasts — to keep things dynamic and work on all aspects of the language: vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and conversation. My classes are conducted mainly in French to help you immerse yourself in the language, but I can also explain things in English or Spanish when needed.

Most importantly, I want your learning experience to be enjoyable and effective. Feel free to share your preferences, and I’ll tailor the content and approach accordingly.

With a Master's in French as a Foreign Language (FLE), I am deeply passionate about language learning and teaching my native tongue—French!

I am well-versed in the DELF A1-B2 exams and offer lessons focused on pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar for casual learners. I have taught French online and in person to learners of all ages. I tailor my lessons to each student's level and goals. My priority is to help you gain confidence and make tangible progress in French.

For the trial lesson

• I will first share a Google Docs document with you. This will allow you to access lesson plans in advance and add your own notes throughout our sessions.
• In the first few minutes, I’ll ask you to introduce yourself and share your expectations for our lessons.
• We will start with simple exercises to assess your comfort level with grammar, reading, listening, and speaking.

If your main focus is speaking, we will engage in various speaking exercises to help you gain confidence in the language. If you're preparing for the DELF exams or any school/university assessments, we will target the areas you feel need the most improvement. And if you're here to learn French in a fun and relaxed way, we can explore any themes or topics that interest you.

I'm originally from France but have lived in the UK for over 20 years.  

 I've been teaching French informally since 2009.

- My clients included professionals, students and people wishing  to learn French for pleasure.

- I use texts, videos, articles, songs and a lot of exercises in my classes.

- I focus on pronunciation, grammar, syntax and vocabulary.

A little about me. I’m a native French speaker from Northern France, nicknamed “woman with a suitcase” for my love of travel. I’ve been passionately teaching French for three years. Seeing my students achieve their goals and grow confident inspires me.

I also offer French immersion stays in France, giving students a unique chance to practice the language in real-life situations while experiencing French culture, cuisine and traditions. It is an unforgettable way to accelerate learning.

I am an experienced teacher with more than 17 years of experience.

I have a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language) and FLE (French as a Second Language), plus I am Montessori certified.

I believe that learning a new language should be fun and exciting.

Yes, it is not always easy, but it is more like a puzzle you build piece by piece.

I always start where you are and offer new ways to use and expand what you already know.

My priority in class is to make sure my students speak and relax.

Hi, my name is Farid. Teaching French is something I really enjoy, especially when I witness my students progressing in the language and towards their goals.

I have been teaching French for more than 5 years now.  My students are of all ages and from all backgrounds.  

I helped many of them become fluent. Many of them have also passed their exams under my guidance.

My lessons are always customized to meet the needs of the students. I am using workbooks, fun and interactive materials. I have passed a Level 7 Diploma in Teaching skills. I also have a small YouTube channel with many French lessons and tests.

 In 2010, I left my birth country France to move to the United Kingdom. I am currently in Algeria to (re)discover my parent's country. I love travelling and discovering new cultures and languages. I also speak a little Arabic.
