Oi! Hi! Ciao! My name is José. I lived in Brazil most of my life, in the city of Sao Paulo, and now, after a period in London, I'm living in Turin, Italy. I'm eager to help you learn Portuguese, whether it is for travelling, to speak the language of your loved one, for working or just for fun, no matter what is your level.

Hello, my name is Alice and I'm Brazilian, I was born in the city of Rio de Janeiro. I currently live in Mexico and have dedicated myself in teaching my mother language, Portuguese, to foreigners. I am a Portuguese teacher graduated by a Brazilian University, which makes me able to offer my didactic knowledge in the teaching and learning of the Portuguese language to my students.

My classes are focused on the communicative method, to develop all 4 skills required to become fluent in a language (writing, speaking, listening and reading). I plan my classes dynamically, with scenes from movies/series, music, memes, lots of visual resources, games and also exercises so that my students can have fun, learn easily and not be afraid to speak. I try to create a friendly environment so that my students feel free to ask questions, participate and thus develop their knowledge of the language. I also speak English, Spanish and German, so that I can help my students in case of any doubts that cannot be clarified in Portuguese, but of course I always try to speak in Portuguese during my classes to develop speaking skills from the beginning. I am from São Paulo, Brazil, and I am presently living in Santiago, Chile. I am passionate about languages. I speak English and Spanish fluently and currently I am studying Japanese (A2 level). I love discussing a great variety of subjects such as cultures, literature, music, and linguistics. I am also a musician and play a traditional Japanese instrument called shamisen (influenced by São Paulo’s Japanese town).

I got my Bachelor of Arts degree in Portuguese and English in 2018 having now had 6 years of in-person teaching experience and 4 years of online teaching experience.

My name is Micaela, I'm 27 years old and I'm from Azores, Portugal :) Here to make you have a good time while learning Portuguese.

The lessons can be very informal but at the same time structured.

All materials are provided for free, like books, PDFs, exercises etc. I like to immerse my students in the Portuguese culture as much as possible, using music, sending articles for homework etc.
