I correct mistakes using the "silent method," which means you can speak freely without interruptions. At the end of each session, I’ll provide feedback and actionable tips to help you improve with each conversation. If you prefer a more formal or structured approach, I’m happy to adapt to your learning style.

A little about me. I’m a native French speaker from Northern France, though my friends like to call me a “woman with a suitcase” because of my love for travel and exploring new places. My journey to teaching wasn’t a traditional one, but I’ve been passionately teaching French for three years now. What inspires me most is seeing my students achieve their goals and grow more confident in their language skills. 

I’m always thinking about new ways to help French learners succeed. Recently, I’ve introduced the idea of French immersion stays, offering a unique opportunity for students to practice the language in a fully immersive environment while experiencing authentic French culture. 

As someone currently learning two other languages myself, I know the joys and challenges of mastering a new language. This shared experience motivates me to create lessons that are practical, engaging, and focused on real progress.

Depending on your level, your needs and your expectations, I will build the lessons including more or less grammar and as soon as you feel ready for it, we will focus on conversation practice. Writing being a very important part of the learning process, we can practice that too. It's a very efficient way to see your weaknesses in grammar and vocabulary and to correct them.  

If you are preparing for exam, such as DELF and DALF we will work on all aspects of the examination in order for you to be fully ready for the day ! I have successful students from A2 exam to C2.

I teach in a dynamic and engaging way and use conversation as one of my main tools, so you’ll get plenty of talking time. My teaching materials are constantly updated and I use lots of different tools such as videos, audios and texts  !

With a bachelor's in applied modern languages and in the process of doing a Master's in French as a foreign language, I am very passionate about language learning and teaching my native tongue, french!  I have been teaching French for 8 years online and offline to people of various ages. I am familiar with the DELF A1-B2 examinations and also teach casual pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.

I like to adapt my lessons according to the levels and goals of my students. I work with beginners to B2 intermediate level. My main goal is for you to come out of my lessons feeling more confident in the language. 

For the trial lesson:

- I will first send you a Google docs document. This document is for you to have access to the lesson plans before the lesson and for you to add your own notes. 

- In the first few minutes, I usually ask for you to present yourself and what you expect out of our lessons.  

- I like to start with some simple exercises to see how you feel about grammar, reading, listening, and speaking. 

If you want to focus on speaking only we will do various speaking exercises for you to be more confident in the language. If you want to practice for the DELF A1 to B2 exams or any examinations in your school/university we will work on whichever section you feel needs the most work. If you are here to have fun, you're welcome to join and have relaxing lessons on any theme or subject that sparks your interest!
