I create customized lessons based on your needs and interests. I will provide you with all the material you need and I will focus on the reading and listening comprehension with the beginners (so they can start to become acquainted with the Italian language) and on conversation and fluency with the intermediate/advanced ones. Grammatical elements will be introduced as you work on your reading, listening and speaking: in this way you will learn about the language structures more naturally. During the first lesson I will give you a placement test (in order to find out your language level) and we will set the goals of the course together.

I would describe myself as a patient and helpful tutor. I have many years of experience in giving one-to-one lessons to students of any age, I love my job and having the chance to know other cultures!

I am a native Italian teacher specialized in tutoring Italian for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. I have been working since 2016 for several agencies and for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London teaching Italian from scratch. I am also a CILS tutor and exam administrator.

I hold a Bachelor in Linguistics and Italian as a second language and also worked for the publishing of an Italian Collocations Dictionary for Italian learners.

I’m a native Italian from sunny southern Italy and I hold a Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and Ditals II Level (Certificate of advanced skills in Teaching Italian to Foreigners). I am also a CILS Certification examiner 

I have students of all ages and I travel very often to prepare them for Italian language proficiency certifications (Cils, Celi, Roma 3) for exams and B1 Certificate for Italian Citizenship.

I am a teacher but also a traveler and a language learner. I have lived and traveled in many countries and speak English, Russian, French, Spanish, and a bit of Hindy and Swahili. Ciao! I like to think that every student of mine was a challenge in a peculiar way. I have worked with European students abroad, retired professionals, University students in Asia, company employees and teenagers: every time I have found the best way to have fun both, taking advantage of any opportunity to understand  my language and my culture! 

I'm currently working as an online tutor with beginners, mainly from English speaking countries, who are generally not familiar with the language learning process. I'm Italian and have studied first in Italy, completing a Bachelor Degree in International Communication and then in Germany obtaining a Master of Arts in Communication at Duisburg-Essen University.
