My lessons are personalized to each student, but if you are a beginner I usually follow a structure (unless asked differently):

🗣 CONVERSATION + LISTENING ➡️  We dedicate the first 15-20 minutes to practice your conversation skill (we can use pictures, topics...). I'll give you feedback in order to improve your fluency. You'll see the new vocabulary on a virtual whiteboard to make the process easier. Eventually, you'll expand your vocabulary and learn specific conversation structures as well. We'll also focus on gaining confidence as you speak "focus on conversation, not perfection".

 💌 GRAMMAR + MORPHOLOGY + READING COMPREHENSION ➡️  We review grammar topics, vocabulary and reading comprehension. Don't worry, I'll give you feedback constantly.

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a blended methodology that incorporates grammar and communication activities in a laid-back and dynamic way. I have hand picked or created all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like audios, videos and games to make the lesson more interactive. Hi! my name is Dolores, Lola for short. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a 26 year old, Biochemist so I'm a native speaker in Spanish who specializes in biological, chemical and medicinal Spanish. But I'm not just a scientist, I'm also a teacher. I've been teaching spanish and biology for four years to both kids and adults and a class in the University as well.
