Hello there! I'm a passionate poet, editor, and dedicated Spanish teacher originally from the lively streets of Mexico City. With a background in clinical psychology, I embarked on a thrilling journey of exploring diverse cultures worldwide. My name is Samuel and I live in Madrid. In 2013 I got my Spanish teacher Certificate and since then I have been teaching Spanish in many language schools -in person and the last two years mainly online due to the pandemic. I have also taught group classes and individual one to one classes in companies. I have also helped many students to pass DELE exams.

I have a Philosophy Degree as well from Universidad Complutense. Madrid. I also really love to talk about a wide range of topics. I enjoy listening and learning from my students. Everyone has interesting things to say. With me,  you will be talking about things you like without noticing you are doing it in Spanish.

I can share with you many books, videos, infographics, newspaper articles etc in pdf format so that we have always fresh and juicy material to discuss. These last ones are a fantastic complement because sometimes the standard books for learning might be designed –what is fine- for generic purposes. Pdf files are included in the price.

I have taught students from every corner of the world and from  very different  backgrounds. I love learning from my students while I am teaching them.

I speak very fluent English so even if your knowledge of Spanish is 0 don’t be afraid. You will always be comfortable in my classes. I am also learning French so I haven’t forgotten how does it feel to be a beginner ;)

My name is Cristina and I’m a Spanish / Catalan native speaker from Valencia (Spain).

2.  I have 4 years of experience in teaching Spanish as a second language in a secondary school and a private company in Italy and another year of teaching experience in two Secondary schools in England. I also have 4 years of experience teaching adults in online platforms (+1500 hours taught).

My name is Karim and I hold a degree in Foreign Languages and a certificate as a Language Teacher from the University of Cambridge. I've been teaching Spanish since 2014 and learning languages for 10 years now. So I know what it feels like to struggle with a foreign language both as a student and as a teacher. 

Generally, I'm a dynamic, joyful, and patient teacher, so there's no problem if you're a beginner and '¡Hola, amigo!' is the only phrase you tell your Hispanic friend; or if you're intermediate and you'd like to improve your level to travel or study abroad. Your lessons will be fully customized according to your own needs. In general, we will have conversations based on your goals and interests so that you actively learn and practice vocabulary and structure. You won't be taught too many grammar rules unless you require this.

I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient.
