Hi, my name is Farid. Teaching French is something I really enjoy, especially when I witness my students progressing in the language and towards their goals.

I have been teaching French for more than 6 years now.  My students are of all ages and from all backgrounds.  

I helped many of them become fluent. Many of them have also passed their exams under my guidance.

My lessons are always customized to meet the needs of the students. I am using workbooks, fun and interactive materials. I have passed a Level 7 Diploma in Teaching skills. I also have a small YouTube channel with many French lessons and tests.

 In 2010, I left my birth country France to move to the United Kingdom. I am currently in Algeria to (re)discover my parent's country. I love travelling and discovering new cultures and languages. I also speak a little Arabic.

I love traveling to discover new cultures and learn new languages. 

I have lived in several countries: Japan, Taiwan, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. In life, what I love is cinema, reading, walks, games and of course good food!

Bonjour ! My name is Adeline & I'm a full-time French teacher. I also speak English fluently and a bit of Spanish. I live in France, my home country, and I like to do conversational classes to teach my language, and sometimes a bit of my culture, to foreigner students. If you want to know a little bit more about me, here are the things I'm passionate about: cooking, gardening, video games, nature, travels and other cultures. I also enjoy learning new things therefore do not hesitate to tell me everything about your very own interests :)

My lessons

Whether you are here to learn French from scratch, or to improve that language, you've come to the right person. As I can speak English and Spanish, don't worry if your French is not completely fluent: we will work on it together. I learned my other languages while traveling so I'm very aware about the fact that the best way to learn a language is by practicing it everyday in casual conversations.
I usually like to start with a first conversation to evaluate your French level and your goals. We will then decide together what kind of class, duration and frequency best suits your needs, level and availability. Then I will adapt the way I speak and teach to your personal needs. 
We will spend the majority of our time together having conversations in French and, if you want, I also can provide formal lessons with exercises & oral or written comprehension.

What do I offer? I help you go from learning French to actually using it in real conversations. My lessons focus on speaking naturally, discovering the expressions French people really use and understanding the little cultural details that make the language come alive. Whether you want to feel more confident speaking, prepare for a trip, or simply enjoy conversations in French, I’ll help you make progress in a relaxed and supportive environment.

My teaching style? My lessons are conversation-based, interactive and adapted to your goals. I want you to feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes and expressing yourself. While we talk, I’ll help you find more natural ways to say things and explain the differences between “textbook French” and the French you hear in everyday life. A little about me. Bonjour ! I’m a native French speaker from Northern France. I’ve always been curious about languages, travelling and the small cultural differences that make each country unique. I’m often called the “woman with a suitcase” because discovering new places and ways of life has always been a big part of who I am. This curiosity also led me to create French immersion stays in France, where participants can experience the language in real-life situations while discovering French culture, food and traditions. My name is Oana Maria and I am a professional language teacher and a Linguist graduated at the University of Bordeaux , France. I am currently living in North Norway. I came here to take a second master on Sami language and culture, and recently I have been working in an alternative school with kids. 

I am an eternal language learner and a nomad at heart. I love getting to know new places, living in different countries and cultures and never stop learning.
