Hello! I'm from Guatemala, the country of eternal spring.

I lived in Costa Rica for more than a year, and I have traveled all over Central America.  I love being a Spanish teacher because through my students I also learn about their culture and traditions.  And of course my desire is to help them learn this beautiful language.

I have been teaching this wonderful language for 18 years to different ages and levels. I am a very patient, flexible and smiling teacher.

My goal is to make you speak fluently and confidently, to make you feel comfortable and to have dynamic and fun lessons.

I adapt to the needs of each student. My classes are structured using student-friendly tools and I always focus on the four important skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

I have also studied theology and I am a bible teacher for children.

I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient. 

Oh and to tell you a little about me...I love animals, languages, reading and traveling.

I’m a native Spanish teacher from Ruzafa, Valencia (Spain), certified by Universidad de Nebrija. I'm teaching and improving my students skills since 2014. I can teach from conversation lessons to preparation for DELE certificates (from A1 to C2). I have experience in online and face to face lessons: my method is based on conversation (acquiring fluency) and expanding, in a practical way, your grammatical knowledge and vocabulary to improve. My interests are: music, finance, agriculture, chess, political news, psychology and reading. The priority is to advance in your Spanish with my help through practice and conversation.

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a communicative approach that incorporates grammar in a laid-back and dynamic way. I hand pick all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like music, videos and social media to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel confortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

My name is Amaya and I am a very passionate Spanish teacher.

I have a postgraduate in Spanish teaching as a foreign language by the University of Barcelona, also I am a DELE examiner and I have as well the Spanish teaching certificate to teach in secondary school. I teach also Spanish for specific purposes like business and I have experience training new Spanish teachers. My level of English is very good and I am very successful in my work which I feel very passionate for.

I am Alberto, a highly-skilled and dedicated Spanish teacher from Spain. I specialize in teaching Spanish both to children and adults, using interactive and fun methods to make learning a language enjoyable and engaging for everyone. As a native speaker of both Spanish and Italian, I bring a unique perspective to my lessons. I offer a laid-back type of teaching, yes, we'll use books, worksheets, exercises for homework (should you request them), etc. But the main goal will always be turning the lesson into a comfortable space where you can practice and learn that making mistakes is part of the natural process of learning. Most of my students are at a beginner level, but I also have experience teaching more advanced levels. I focus on grammar, structure and pronunciation, always looking to steer students towards sounding more natural.
