I am a Spanish tutor with more than 5 years of experience in adult learning. I have taught Spanish in private settings and currently working as a Spanish instructor.

I have been through the challenging experience of learning a foreign language, so I know that learning a language takes time and a lot of practice.

Hello! I am Monica and I am a certified Spanish teacher with more than 7 years experience teaching Spanish to people from all over the world.

I have many hours of teaching experience, as from 2016 to 2019 I worked in a Spanish academy in my home city, Medellín, where I worked 40 hours per week teaching Spanish as a foreign language; I had 1-to-1 sessions and also groups of up to 6 students; the classes were amazing and I loved the experience since I could meet people from a range of cultures, thanks to that I realised that there are extraordinary people from every corner of the world.

Since 2019 I have been working as an online Spanish teacher. I am studying a master's degree and dedicating free time to my favourite hobbies: Cooking, salsa dancing and swimming.

My lessons are planned to be enjoyable and comfortable. I use the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and I love getting to know my students well as it allows me to tailor each lesson to their personality and way of learning; every lesson you have with me will be carefully prepared for you, I hope to meet you soon!

Hi! I am Victor. I offer conversational classes. One of the best ways to improve in a language is by talking. The most important thing is to be able to live Spanish as a part of your daily life. Every little detail since you wake up until you go to bed. And always immersed in  things you like. So, we can talk about movies, books, history, traveling, food, sports, or any topic that is part of your life.

We can use videos, podcast, articles, music, books, newspapers, phases to start a conversation. We have endless topics. And I can help you with all mistakes you may have. If it is needed we can review grammar accordingly with your common mistakes. But do not forget that make mistakes is one of the best ways to improve. It is important for me that you feel in a safe space.

Hello! I am Ivett from Mexico, a tutor passionate about languages and I have had the privilege of working as a Spanish tutor for all levels and ages, however these last two years I have focused my skills mainly on teaching children. 

Experience: I have four years experience as a Spanish tutor but as a language tutor I have over 6 years of experience as an English tutor for absolute beginners teaching children, teenagers and adults. These experiences have been totally enriching to know what methods can work with each type of student and discover how a student learns a new language from scratch. 

Qualifications: I have a certification for teaching Spanish to absolute beginners and children and I have also taken other courses and workshops on teaching techniques to young children since currently my teaching approach is aimed at children. 👦🏻👧🏽  Spanish for children | Ages from 7 to 11: My fundamental tool for learning a language is undoubtedly conversation, I prioritize active practice and constant interaction, using a variety of resources and digital tools attractive and accessible to my students. My classes are dynamic, interactive and fun to help children develop their Spanish communication skills effectively. Activities include: role-playing, interactive games, videos, songs, word games, drawings and creative projects and some digital and interactive books like: Lola and Leo, Submarine, Clan 7, Rockalingua and others. These activities not only help improve children’s language skills, but also foster confidence and creativity. 

• ⏰30 minutes length for ages from 7 to 9
• ⏰55 minutes length for ages: 10 and up (5 minutes break included)
• 📽️Zoom platform for better experience with interactive tools
• 📒Materials provided during each lesson, your child only need to bring her/his pencil, colored pencils and notebook.

¡Hola! My name is Paul, I've been a Spanish teacher for almost 10 years. I'm a Venezuelan living in France since 2013. Here I've been teaching Spanish at different universities and Online. I have a Bachelors Degree in Translation, a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as Second Language, and another one in Hispanic Studies. My training as a Spanish instructor is based on studies of Spanish grammar and using the communicative approach methodology that is based on practical and simple activities that help develop skills such as oral expression, listening comprehension, writing with dictation and reading as well. Of course phonetics is included. Each class focuses on the specific needs of each student.

In each class I emphasize oral practice to help students feel confident to express themselves naturally in specific situations.

In some cases, the grammatical structure is included in a simplified and dynamic way, and the grammatical concepts may or may not be used in our class, depending on the interests or preferences of each student.

Also, I like to share the history and culture of my country and Latin America through the practice of Spanish as a natural practice for intermediate and advanced Spanish.
