I have been teaching for about 10 years and learning languages for even longer, so I know what it's like to learn a new language. And exactly because of that, I'm a very patient and understanding teacher :)

Regarding our classes, everything will depend on your needs. However, I would like to tell you about two types of classes I offer that my students like a lot:

The first one is a class where you can ask me any question you want about Spanish. It can be about vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or even about our way of thinking. ;)

The second type of class is one in which I use my own teaching method, with which you can practice your writing, speaking, and listening comprehension skills, and also improve your pronunciation and grammar during every session.

¡Hola! Me llamo Luis y soy de Cáceres, España. I live in Spain, close to Portugal, and I've also lived in Japan and Portugal. I am up to date with the newest learning theories, I use "Language Transfer" and "Comprehensible Input", so the materials are adapted to these methods, focusing on learning in context. I also love culture and history (film, music, literature, geography) ¡Nos vemos en clase!

Hello everyone! I do not teach A1 A2 levels. I am Itziar and I am a Spanish teacher. I am currently living in Spain but I lived in different countries in the past. I am a native speaker with a neutral Spanish accent. My pronunciation is clear and easy to understand. I love teaching Spanish to international students and I am happy to see them making progress  learning the language. I have four years of experience teaching Spanish to students from all over the world.

¡Hola! My name is María and I'm from Mexico. 

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a blended methodology that incorporates grammar and communication activities in a laid-back and dynamic way. I have hand picked or created all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like audios, videos and games to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

My favorite part of language teaching is getting to know the cultures and interests of my students. I'd be happy to work on a plan that fits your needs. You don't need any previous experience learning Spanish or a foreign language. Since I am also a doctoral student I only have a limited number of hours. I've got more than 5 years of experience in language schools and online. I'm passionate about learning languages and culture through them.

I have studies in Hispanic literature and linguistics at UNAM. So, we can talk about many topics related to Latin America literature and culture or I can offer lessons with a linguistic approach: phonetics, grammar, lexicon, etc.

PRONUNCIATION LESSONS

Our vocal apparatus is one more muscle that we have to exercise for better results. In our pronunciation lessons we are going to make each part of your mouth working out. This way, you will sound more natural when speaking not only Spanish but other languages you intend to learn in the future.
