¡Hola! My name is Pablo. I am a native Spanish-speaking tutor from Guatemala.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, I can help you reach your Spanish goals. I have a teaching certificate from the University of San Carlos and have taught Spanish in schools, universities, and online. I teach from beginners to advanced, and my students range from school students to 80 year olds!
In the first lesson, I'll find out your Spanish level and interests to customize lessons that inspire your learning journey. For instance, if you enjoy films, we can include movie discussions. Don't worry if you are new to Spanish as we can begin from the basics.
For school students, lessons are tailored to match your school curriculum, and we will work towards achieving the highest grades. For adults, the lessons are focused, practical and fun. You will learn Spanish language skills to apply to real-world scenarios. You can go from knowing no Spanish at all to soon putting together your own sentences. Whilst I use a textbook to provide structure to the lessons, I also use other resources from YouTube videos to Spanish-speaking film clips.
Since I am from Guatemala, I love sharing with my students, the richness of Latin American culture and customs! I am a very patient person and also have a good sense of humour so it's never a dull class. Above all, I prioritize making Spanish learning enjoyable and personally relevant to you. Teaching is my passion, and I believe being patient and empathetic ensures a positive learning experience. Your Spanish lessons will be enjoyable and rewarding!

My training as a Spanish instructor is based on studies of Spanish grammar and using the communicative approach methodology that is based on practical and simple activities that help develop skills such as oral expression, listening comprehension, writing with dictation and reading as well. Of course phonetics is included. Each class focuses on the specific needs of each student.
In each class I emphasize oral practice to help students feel confident to express themselves naturally in specific situations.
In some cases, the grammatical structure is included in a simplified and dynamic way, and the grammatical concepts may or may not be used in our class, depending on the interests or preferences of each student.
Also, I like to share the history and culture of my country and Latin America through the practice of Spanish as a natural practice for intermediate and advanced Spanish.
I invite you to book a trial class to learn about my teaching system and methodology.

My name is Carlos, I am 38 years old and I live in Malaga, in the south of Spain. I am a Spanish teacher for foreigners, I love meeting people from different cultures and teach them my native language as well as Spanish culture. I consider myself a positive, cheerful and sociable person.
I am currently an online Spanish teacher, working with students from all over the world. I have been working as an online teacher for 4 years, but before coming into this new world of online teaching I worked for 8 years for different Spanish schools for foreigners in the city where I live, Malaga.
As a Spanish teacher, I’d say that I am a very dynamic and attentive teacher, I give special importance to communication, without leaving aside grammar. I think grammar is important as long as providing a communicative approach . Likewise I adapt to all the needs, levels and goals of the student. Every day I look for useful material and tools for my Spanish lessons, therefore I can help the student with very suitable material which I have been saving and using all this time with students for their proper learning . Within this material there are images, videos, grammar exercises, vocabulary, communicative activities ... etc.

My name is Franco Del Gesso, I am Argentinian and passionate about psychology along with education since I think it is the fundamental tool for progress, that is why I love teaching and conducting research to find how to help the development of education from psychology, I am a very sociable and dynamic person, in constant movement.
I consider myself a cheerful teacher who has the ability to adapt to the needs of each student. I am very sociable and I have the ability to start conversations very easily. I like having more than one method to teach this language either through speech, writing, images, videos and even music. Me considero un profesor alegre que tiene la capacidad de adaptarse a las necesidades de cada alumno.
Soy muy sociable y tengo la capacidad de entablar conversaciones muy fácilmente. Me gusta tener más de un método para enseñar este idioma ya sea mediante el habla, la escritura, las imágenes, los videos y hasta la música.
At first I consider it important to hear what the apprentice is looking for and based on that, choose how the next lesson are going to take place. However I tend to make my lessons dynamic, interspersing conversations and various exercises including grammar, music and even books. I have a blackboard available to use if necessary and also headphones with a microphone to improve the audio quality.

See Reviews From StudentsOur research indicates that the average cost for private Spanish lessons in Clearwater is between $25-$35 per hour. Online tutors do not need to travel to you and often live in countries with a lower cost of living, so the hourly cost is generally lower.
Sometimes students tell us that they're not sure about learning Spanish online because they think it’ll be completely different to learning face-to-face. But usually when they try it, they find that the experience is almost the same and they often build a solid relationship with their tutor.
Once you start a video call with your chosen tutor, you’ll be able to communicate with them as if you were in the same room. The tutor will typically also share learning resources with you (newspaper articles, YouTube, etc.) and you’ll be able to collaborate in real-time using a tool like Google Docs or Dropbox Paper.
If you prefer not to learn online with tutor, LanguaTalk may not be the right choice for you. Instead, you can search for tutor, we recommend giving online learning a try as it is often as good as in-person learning and allows you to access better tutors at a lower cost. You can also book a free trial session to see if it is right for you.
Some tutors on LanguaTalk may offer local lessons, but most only provide online lessons as it is more convenient and allows them to work from home. In addition, many tutors do not teach Spanish in Clearwater as they live elsewhere in the world. If you book a lesson with a tutor, you should assume that it will be online unless the tutor specifically states that they offer in-person lessons in Clearwater.
There are several options for learning Spanish in Clearwater, whether you live in the city center or the suburbs. You can use an app or software program to learn basic vocabulary and grammar. You can also join group lessons with Spanish tutors in Clearwater if you prefer a social learning experience. The advantage of taking lessons online is that you can learn at any time and from any location. When you select a tutor, check their calendar to ensure that they have available slots that fit your schedule. Some tutors may have limited availability due to high demand from other students.
Most students take 55-minute lessons. However, some tutors also offer the option of 30-minute lessons. If this is available, it will be noted on their profile (below their pricing and above the 'Buy Lessons' button).
In general, we recommend 55-minute lessons for most students. You may want to consider 30-minute lessons only if you have an intermediate level and only want conversation practice, or if the lesson is for a child.
Lessons are conducted one-on-one, allowing you to receive personalized attention from your tutor. lessons are conducted via video call, and you can use any device with a stable internet connection and a webcam to join the lesson.
Your tutor will create a customized lesson plan based on your goals, learning style, and current level. During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to speak, listen, and interact with your tutor in real-time.
