Hi everyone! I'm Mariángeles and I'm from Huelva, a city near Seville. I have been working as a private teacher for over 10 years now. I really enjoy meeting new people at language exchanges, travelling and learning about other cultures.

 I lived in Milan for two years and in Dublin for a year and a half. Both experiences were unforgettable and I would like to share them with you.

Regarding to my studies, I have a degree in Tourism and a double degree in Humanities, Translation and Interpreting. Languages are my passion since I was a child and I will be more than happy to share my passion with you all. I am a very well-organised and peaceful person. 

During my lessons I always try to develop a relationship with all my students in order to discover their interests and make my lessons more interesting and enjoyable. For this reason, my motto is "make learning fun and practical".

During the lessons you will practice all the skills so that you can have a good command of Spanish.

We will go through different kind of activities: listening comprehension exercises, exercises about idioms and informal/formal vocabulary, formal/informal writings, rewriting exercises, etc.

Practice and learn talking with me about daily life. Get confident and fluent using Spanish.

My classes are for teens (15+) and adults.

3 years online Spanish tutor. If you think you know grammar and vocabulary but you need to practice, this class is for you.

Schedule one class and we'll be speaking for one hour.

Finally, I want to say that I’m really glad for helping you to learn Spanish through speaking, spontaneous talks.

I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient. 

Oh and to tell you a little about me...I love animals, languages, reading and traveling.

I’m a native and qualified Spanish teacher who has been living and teaching in London and other parts around the world for more than 10 years both online and face-to-face.

My experience teaching these subjects varies in ages, from 6 to 87 years old across different nationalities, backgrounds and abilities. 
(Not teaching under 14 at the moment).

I have a lot of of experience with kids and adults (A1-C2) and GCSE’s, A-levels and DELE preparation, conversation, writing, reading, pronunciation, extra help with homework, etc. I teach individuals and groups.

My classes are always tailored to my students needs and are dynamic, fun and with tons of practice! I use online books, audio and many visual elements.

I’m super laid back, patient and absolutely adore anything related to languages, Arts & Science, the ocean and traveling.

Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have also completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.

I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 13 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also a 13 year-experienced translator. I have recently worked on a project which involved developping Spanish lessons and units to be delivered online, so I am used to creating content of my own.

My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning.

My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.

Hello, I'm Ruth, and I am from Peru. I live in Cusco, the city of the Incas, where Machu Picchu is located. I'd love to be your future Spanish tutor!  Likewise, I've been teaching for a while, working with a diverse range of students. This experience has helped me understand how individuals learn at different stages of life. Also, my knowledge of English allows me to connect with students and help them grasp the nuances of the Spanish language. I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a blended methodology that incorporates grammar and communication activities in a laid-back and dynamic way. I have hand picked or created all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like audios, videos and games to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

My favorite part of language teaching is getting to know the cultures and interests of my students. I'd be happy to work on a plan that fits your needs. You don't need any previous experience learning Spanish or a foreign language. Since I am also a doctoral student I only have a limited number of hours. My lessons are directed to students of all levels looking to develop their own speaking and writing style in Spanish. I believe that the creative drive is one of the most powerful accelerators of learning and in particular, language learning; so my classes involve acting exercises, fun writing prompts, vocal training akin to singers' training, and a variety of further creative work.

We will work on near perfect pronunciation through vocal practice that takes from singing practice, but focuses on diction. You'll become aware of how the muscles of your mouth and face create sound, and how using different resonance points throughout your face will get you to reproduce just the sound you were stuck with. Muscle memory, baby!

Fluency in articulating your own thoughts and essence in Spanish is achievable through writing prompts that do feel important for you. To write about a topic that actually matters to you, I'll provide you with beautiful vocabulary words, and we'll get through grammatical forms that may better encapsulate your ideas and feelings. I will help you make Spanish your own.

If you are wanting to absorb a particular part of Hispanic or Latino culture (e.g. Rosalía's composition, rap music, particular accents, reggeaton's lyrics), we will investigate and go through the elements at interest to get you to the point of creation. If you are a musician or a writer, I can help you use the rhythmic essence of Spanish in your own art. Hit me up!

Within every technique I use, I work with my knowledge of neural connection strengthening and weakening, all facilitated through repetition, reward, understanding and reprogramming of reflexes, investigation of previous outdated strategies, etc. Emotional management is key to success, and we'll work on that in your training just as much as in the linguistic side.
