My name is Esther and I am a Spanish teacher from Spain. I have lived in Japan for two years and in South Korea for 6 years, so I have a wide multicultural experience. I speak English, Korean and a bit of Japanese. I love languages and cultures inspire me. I want to work in helping people all around the world understanding each other.

Regarding my studies, I am a Spanish philology graduated, DELE accredited examiner from level A1 to level C2 by Instituto Cervantes and I have a master’s degree in Spanish Teaching as a Foreigner Language. I have been teaching in person and online for more than 10 years in language exchange events, schools, as a tutor and as a DELE instructor.

As a Spanish teacher, I am very patient and give you time to express by yourself. I don’t only focus on the correction of the grammar or pronunciation, but also give a lot of importance to the ability to communicate ideas and navigate through specific cultural situations.

My training as a Spanish instructor is based on studies of Spanish grammar and using the communicative approach methodology that is based on practical and simple activities that help develop skills such as oral expression, listening comprehension, writing with dictation and reading as well. Of course phonetics is included. Each class focuses on the specific needs of each student.

In each class I emphasize oral practice to help students feel confident to express themselves naturally in specific situations.

In some cases, the grammatical structure is included in a simplified and dynamic way, and the grammatical concepts may or may not be used in our class, depending on the interests or preferences of each student.

Also, I like to share the history and culture of my country and Latin America through the practice of Spanish as a natural practice for intermediate and advanced Spanish.

Hello, I'm Ruth, and I am from Peru. I live in Cusco, the city of the Incas, where Machu Picchu is located. I'd love to be your future Spanish tutor!  Likewise, I've been teaching for a while, working with a diverse range of students. This experience has helped me understand how individuals learn at different stages of life. Also, my knowledge of English allows me to connect with students and help them grasp the nuances of the Spanish language. I really enjoy teaching and supporting students to master my native language, of which I am very passionate.

My teaching style is all about making learning fun and interactive. I'll simplify things for you, especially boosting your confidence in speaking. It's important to note that our classes are mostly conversational because speaking is where you'll truly master Spanish. However, I'll adjust the classes to your needs. We'll discuss topics you enjoy and apply them to practical scenarios, empowering you to communicate effectively in everyday situations.

During our classes, I'll be typing out your mistakes. It's easy for me to spot errors since Spanish is my mother tongue, and at the end of each class, we'll go over them together. ¡Hola! I’m Paul from Venezuela. I’ve been living in France since 2012, where I work as a fully qualified Spanish teacher at the university level, with up-to-date training. I have extensive experience preparing students for DELE, SIELE, Bright, and CLOE exams, as well as general Spanish practice. I specialize in helping students improve their Spanish pronunciation and grammar, assisting many in developing a more natural and fluid way of speaking.

I have worked for various universities and associations for over 10 years. Currently, I teach online for LanguaTalk and engineering schools in France, mainly to university and high school students.  My sessions focus on encouraging students to use Spanish effectively, building their confidence, and helping them find their own natural way of expressing themselves in my language. Hi everyone! I'm Mariángeles and I'm from Huelva, a city near Seville. I have been working as a private teacher for over 10 years now. I really enjoy meeting new people at language exchanges, travelling and learning about other cultures.

 I lived in Milan for two years and in Dublin for a year and a half. Both experiences were unforgettable and I would like to share them with you.

Regarding to my studies, I have a degree in Tourism and a double degree in Humanities, Translation and Interpreting. Languages are my passion since I was a child and I will be more than happy to share my passion with you all. I am a very well-organised and peaceful person. 

During my lessons I always try to develop a relationship with all my students in order to discover their interests and make my lessons more interesting and enjoyable. For this reason, my motto is "make learning fun and practical".

During the lessons you will practice all the skills so that you can have a good command of Spanish.

We will go through different kind of activities: listening comprehension exercises, exercises about idioms and informal/formal vocabulary, formal/informal writings, rewriting exercises, etc.

I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient.
