Before the lesson, I will give you an article (from english-online.net or another online source) about the topic for you to study to prepare. In the conversation lesson, we will talk about the topic. You will expand your English vocabulary with my suggestions.  You will review spoken grammar when you use it in the conversation and receive my constant feedback.  I will explain the grammar point if needed.  You will leave the lesson with many notes and exercises for further practice.

Initially as a college English and Maths teacher, these days I teach online.
