I have a certification of competence in teaching Italian as a foreign language or second language (CEDILS) issued by the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

My first experience in teaching Italian as a second language was in 2009 in the south of France.

Once back in Italy I began teaching Italian to foreign students at school...it was 2010.

I've been doing it since then and my students come from all over the world. Today I know for sure that is not enough to be a "native" to teach someone a language.

Grammar is often considered boring but we can't avoid learning it. Only when you know the role and function of every single word in a sentence you'll have a solid understanding that will improve your confidence in speaking a foreign language.

I am Italian but I did my university in Scotland where I studied BA Economics. I love teaching in general and I love the contact with people: I was Italian tutor for international students, sports coach, and environmental projects assistant.
