I am a native French teacher, multi-certified by the Alliance Française and a registered professional training provider. 📌 A few rules to ensure a smooth learning experience :

✅ Personal work is essential. Too many students rely solely on the teacher and remain passive. You don’t need to study intensively, but consistently : 5 to 15 minutes per day is enough to make progress.
✅ To create an effective and enjoyable learning environment, please show respect, discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance.
✅ Please check my schedule carefully. My timetable can be busy, and some slots fill up quickly.
✅ In case of cancellation or changes, please follow the platform rules. Late cancellations directly impact my activity.
✅ Finally, if the learning conditions are not met, I reserve the right to end our lessons. My goal is not to waste time, energy, or resources, but to provide serious and effective support.

Bonjour, my name is Marion, I am 35 and I am French.

Being a native French speaker and fluent in English, passionate about languages and having been down the path of learning a new language myself, I understand the struggles that a new language learner might have and I know how to be successful, whatever level you decide you want to achieve. 

All the lessons are ONLINE, through Zoom (or Skype). I use various contents such as workbooks, audio documents, and videos and I am trying to keep up to date with the constant flow of new learning material to give you the best experience. I aim to make learning French as fun as possible while matching your needs and reaching your goals. After each lesson, I would send you an email with a recap of what had been covered (+ materials), what you can do at home to practise - only if you want - and what we would cover in the next lesson so you know exactly where you are at.

My background: After obtaining my Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences, I studied for 5 years to become an osteopath in France. In 2016 I left my home country to spend one year working and travelling in New Zealand. I spent another two years in Australia and in 2019 I decided to move to the UK.

Bonjour ! I'm Laura, a native French teacher from Paris.

I’m passionate about languages, travel, and culture. Before becoming a teacher, I spent 5 years working for the Paris Tourist Office, which gave me a deep understanding of my city and its many hidden gems. I also love cooking — especially traditional French recipes — and I enjoy bringing elements of French gastronomy, culture, and daily life into my lessons.

Over the years, I’ve taught learners from all over the world with various goals: studying in France, moving abroad, or simply learning for pleasure. I’ve also helped students prepare for French exams like the DELF, TCF, and TEF Canada, with a special focus on oral expression.

For the first part of my higher education, I went to preparatory school in literature. It allowed me to get in-depth knowledge in French language, literature and history. Then I studied in an international context in which I got a Business and Entrepreneurship Bachelor and Marketing and Brand Management Master. Therefore, I am perfectly at ease to teach and offer adapted content depending on my students.

My name is Alizee, I am from Bretagne, in the north west of France, the land of butter and cider!

I have been a language teacher since 2014. I graduated from the University of Oregon in the US with a Master of arts (French culture and Literature) and then I got a bachelor of Teaching French as a 2nd language from the University of Nantes, France. I started teaching at the University of Oregon as a GTF and it helped me find my path, teaching became a part of my identity and I really found myself thanks to this experience. Afterwards, I started to travel around south east Asia and moved to Vietnam and started teaching English to Vietnamese and indonesian students. I started teaching French online when I moved to the Philippines in 2019, and have continued since in several countries such as Canada (Quebec and BC), France, Panama...

I provide personalized online classes, based on your level (from A1 to C2), your goals and your interests. Each class will include grammatical introductions/reminders, listening comprehension but most of all speaking practice. If you are planning to take the DELF exam, I can also help! It definitely takes guts for someone to take the obscure path of French learning, especially when you know that almost no francophone can speak French perfectly. And it is this courageous desire detected in French learners that made me want to start teaching this language three years ago. In fact, besides the syntactic complexity of this language (which, by the way, is most likely to be a cliché), French is a very poetic language, as it allows countless accesses to figurative speeches (so if you tend to be a little sarcastic at times, this might be perfect for you). Plus, French is cool and sounds fancy too, so... 😗
