Hi! I'm Tabea. I was born in Heidelberg (Germany) and I grew up in Spain, so I am bilingual in German and Spanish.

I started working as a German tutor while I was still travelling a lot between Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece and the UK. I soon found out that I really enjoyed online teaching, since I had the chance to meet people from all over the world. I love learning things about other cultures and languages, as well as improving my teaching skills.

My lessons are quite flexible: I believe there is not only one method for learning a language. Students can be very different and even one person won't feel the same way every day. Therefore I take care to adapt each lesson to my students' needs. Do you feel you need a little help in conversation? Let's pick different topics and practise your speaking/listening abilities. Or are you stuck with grammar? Let's sit down and answer all your questions step by step.

German is a very rich language and sometimes it can be challenging, so there might be ups and downs on the road. But the harder you push yourself, the more rewarding it will be when you reach your goals!

My name is Anna, I'm from Switzerland. I currently live in Ecuador.

After completing my Bachelors degree for teaching in 2015, I started teaching German, but also English and French.

My courses are based on the level, goals and interests of the student. I focus especially on communication. For beginners, we start with structured sentences and everyday topics. I often talk to advanced students about interests and factual topics. I adapt my courses to the student and according to his/her needs we do vocabulary training, grammar exercises, writing or other tasks. That way allows you to advance quickly and improve your language skills remarkably.

I work with various materials, including a teaching aid that I will share with you online for free.

I love to travel and languages ​​are very important to me. Next to my German classes, I teach yoga workshops, love to read and write, make music, go hiking or travel.

Through my education and travel I have learned a variety of languages ​​including English, Spanish and French. So I know that learning a language can be challenging, but it is totally worth it and a lot of fun!

Ich heisse Anna, bin aus der Schweiz. Ich lebe zurzeit in Ecuador. Nach dem Abschluss an der Universität als Lehrperson im Jahr 2015,  begann ich Kinder und Erwachsene in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch zu unterrichten.

Neben dem Unterrichten gebe ich Yogaworkshops, lese und schreibe gerne, mache Musik, gehe wandern oder reise. Es ist zugleich herausfordernd und schön, eine Sprache zu lernen und es macht viel Spass!

Hi, I'm Your new German teacher. Born and raised in Switzerland but now living in Peru. I'm an artist, graphic designer and much more. I speak fluent English, Spanish and good French. I love to teach online because it allows me both to get to know new people from all over the world but also to take good care of my family. I always try to improve my teaching methods and to help my students find the best materials for them to keep studying for themselves. From total beginner to pre-academic level, levels A1-C1, preparing for the Goethe Certificate or the TELC, I invite you to learn German with me in a motivating and interactive way. 

For now I teach in individual settings and currently undergo a German Teacher Training at the Goethe Institute.

Hello future students, 

Are you looking to bring your German to the next level? Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or even advanced German speaker, I'll be able to tailor a lesson just for you. In our lessons, you will be the main character doing most of the talking and writing, but don't worry, I will guide you through it. 

I have over three years of teaching experience - both online and classroom teaching - and I have worked with students from 11-55 years old, different levels of German, and various cultural backgrounds. We will try and speak as much German as possible right from the start, but it would be helpful if you spoke some English. If not you won't be able to read this text anyways, so I don't really know why I even wrote it here. Oh well. 

If I am not busy teaching German, you can often find me dangling off the end of a rope doing some rock-climbing or going on some stunning hikes, but we can talk more about hobbies in our lessons - in German of course :)

My name is Sandra and I am a qualified teacher with a Masters of Education in German and English as a Second Language,  Physical Education , Religion and Art with 8 years of experience in teaching at various schools in Germany , Australia, Asia, Canada. My teaching style is very interactive and I try to adjust it to everyone's needs. Every student is different and learns differently. My goal is to equip my students with tools and also to inspire them with my enthusiasm for the German language & culture. My teaching method is to focus on the 4 skills : listening , speaking, reading and writing . Those 4 skills will be covered in every lesson except the student is requesting to focus only on the conversational part etc. I'm flexible and can accomodate to every students needs. I have a wide variety of experience. I started teaching German during my studies. We exchanged languages, so I was able to learn some French, Italian, Polish and Russian. During a two-year long journey around the world, I was giving German lessons voluntarily in Russia, Korea, Vietnam and some more countries. For me it is great to help people achieving their goals. To do that, my first emphasis is to create a pleasant learning atmosphere. Building up on that, I use many techniques and exercises in order to aid your learning.
